Ready to make a deal?

Margaret moved from a nursing background into real estate by initially selling rest homes. That was over 27 years ago, and the start of an enjoyable real estate career.

Since then she has changed her specialist area and gathered a wealth of experience along the way, both as a Branch Manager and as a very successful salesperson. Her focus now is on homes and townhouses in Ponsonby, Freemans Bay, Grey Lynn, Herne Bay and St Marys Bay, which she promotes with a passion.

Margaret is very aware that selling and buying a house can be an upsetting or stressful experience for many people. She knows that each person (whether seller or buyer) and each home is quite unique and this requires a very personal approach. Therefore, Margaret always endeavours to harmoise the process using integrity, respect and kindness.

People deal with people on a repeat basis only if there is an abundance of ttrust and satisfaction. Delighted clients refer most of Margaret's business to her.
