Only some 20% of the estimated 90,000 affected properties have been remediated however, it is not currently known what percentage of these may have failed for a second time as a result of design or construction failures, even when using cavity systems.

Whilst understanding that 4 Ds (Defection, Drainage, Drying & Durability) are important elements of any Weathertightness Solution and contain much more detail and guidance for architects, builders and building inspectors on how buildings should be designed, built to prevent leaks and to manage them if they occur, very little thought has ever gone into the coordination of the remediation process.

Anoroc Consulting is a respected Remedial Works Coordinator/Owners Representative operating within the weathertightness industry. Over the past 7 years I have lead home/investment property owners through the remedial process, from identifying the systemic failing to very successful mediated settlements through both the Weathertight Homes Tribunal and the High Court.

Historically, the basis for considering engaging the services of an OR/RWC is for that person to provide an interface between the Body Corporate Account Manager, WSG, DBH, Council, Engineering Company, Construction Company, Solicitors and the Owners' Committee. Secondary to this is for that person to have the ability to provide Mortgage Providers with timely and accurate information in order for them to base their respective lending decisions on.,

An OR/RWC carries no authority to make decisions, but rather researches and analyses information before tabling the same for an Owners Committee to make informed commercial decisions.

Whether you have a Leaky Home, looking at building an extension, a fence or simply looking to renovate an area, give me a call or send an email. Current Projects, 39 & 32 Unit Complex in Parnell with 10-15 hours/wk available to put into another project.

CYT is a ministry to the young\n people of the Diocese of Christchurch and serves on behalf of the \nBishop of Christchurch to provide training and support for local youth \nministries and retreats and other dynamic events for the youth and young\n adults of our region.\n

CYT was established in 1984 \nwith the vision, dedication and hard work of many supporters including \nFather Mark Moesbergen who appointed as the first Youth Chaplain and \nKevin Cawley who was the original Youth Coordinator. Sister Kath Rushton\n joined Fr Mark and Kevin in the early days. CYT has been blessed by the\n wonderful ongoing support and investment of our Bishops over the years \nas well as many fantastic staff and volunteers.

\n

From the\nearliest days the priorities for CYT were to outreach to the Catholic Youth in the Diocese, support Parish Youth\nGroups and connecting with young people from outside the Catholic Community.\nSome of the initial years of the Ministry included a Tour of the rock-musical,\n‘Godspell’  and the launch of many new\nYouth Groups througout the region as well as the establishment of some key\nevents such as Leadership training days, Antioch weekends and Sports night.

\n

The Ministries\ncurrent vision and Ministry strongly reflects and builds on those initial\npriorities and many of those original events continue in some form today.

We were established as a bookshop in the city almost 150  years ago with\n Sunday School Union and from 2008, we have taken over the ownership of \nCRC. We have a passion for books and the church, we want to inspire and \nimpact people, to educate and create a desire to know more about God, so\n as in turn to reach out to the needy in our communities and the \nnations. Using personal knowledge and background in Christian books we \nwant to create a place of meeting, a network of not just clients but of \nfriends. Our customers are the local population, youth (students who are\n actively involved, young leaders) and city workers (more the \nconservative, traditional family). We hope to work more closely with \nchurches and Sunday schools supplying educational programs and prizes. \nOur customer base is global, multicultural, often seeking foreign \nlanguage items and quality gifts. We have over 100,000 items in stock, a\n wide range including music, DVDs, bibles, general books, children \nresources, and gifts. We are a progressive shop using the latest \ntechnology in communication, offering a huge variety of stock and being \nable to source quality products globally.
\n
\n From 2014 we have changed yet again. Moved out of Auckland \nCity to pursue new opportunities. Constantly changing and developing \nmore ways to reach out to people with Christian literature. Recently we \nstarted offering second hand books which will add value to our customers\n to enable them to  buy books at reduced prices and offer books \notherwise no longer available.

Family Life Catholic Gifts is one of many fundraising efforts of Family Life International NZ.

\n

Our apostolate aims to build a culture of life in New Zealand by \neducating on all the life issues from conception through to natural \ndeath, and by walking our talk by providing assistance to all women and \ngirls facing a crisis pregnancy. We do all this while staying completely\n faithful to the teachings of the Catholic Church. All the proceeds from\n our sales go directly to our life-saving pro-life/pro-family work.

\n

As we are made in the image and likeness of God, we seek also to nurture the spiritual side of LIFE\n by making available to our customers/friends a wide variety of Catholic\n items – material for Spiritual reading, Bibles, Encyclicals, Rosaries, \nCrucifixes and specialty gifts for Baptism, First Holy Communion and \nConfirmation.  Just as the body requires nourishment through the normal \nmaterial means, so similarly it is imperative that the Soul is fed \nthrough the teachings of Jesus and His Church.

","

\n\t\t\t

The Family Life International NZ team includes, among others, \nDame Colleen Bayer, Fr Linus Clovis, Michelle Kaufman, Michael Loretz \nand Clare McClean.

\n

Staff are available to speak on a variety of pro-life and pro-family \ntopics such as abortion contraception, assisted suicide and euthanasia, \nsex education, responding to the duty to defend life, and our work.  \nPlease contact the office for more information or to request a speaker.

Margaret moved from a nursing background into real estate by initially \nselling rest homes. That was over 27 years ago, and the start of an \nenjoyable real estate career.

Since then she has changed her \nspecialist area and gathered a wealth of experience along the way, both \nas a Branch Manager and as a very successful salesperson. Her focus now\n is on homes and townhouses in Ponsonby, Freemans Bay, Grey Lynn, Herne \nBay and St Marys Bay, which she promotes with a passion.

Margaret\n is very aware that selling and buying a house can be an upsetting or \nstressful experience for many people. She knows that each person \n(whether seller or buyer) and each home is quite unique and this \nrequires a very personal approach. Therefore, Margaret always \nendeavours to harmoise the process using integrity, respect and \nkindness.

People deal with people on a repeat basis only if \nthere is an abundance of ttrust and satisfaction. Delighted clients \nrefer most of Margaret's business to her.

We are perfectionists by nature. Thoughts of cutting in those window sashes, rolling those ceilings and the rhythmic dance of brush on weatherboard has me in raptures even as I write this.

We particularly pride ourselves on interior perfection - clean lines and smooth finishing.

We hate unhappy customers, so you don't need to pay me a thing until you've inspected the work and we've done any type of touch up your heart desires so that the work could be displayed in the Sistene Chapel if necessary.

My team and I will plaster, gib-stop, sand, prime, seal, coat and provide a 4-year workmanship warranty.

Enough banter, please let us have the honour of clothing your naked or dated walls, ceilings, roofs, weatherboards, fences and garden sheds.

P.S. We own spray equipment, so we can beautify your fences and roofs in double-quick time for a very reasonable price.

Mir\n Pilgrimages began for one pilgrim in 1995 at the Marian apparition site\n of Medjugorje in Bosnia/Hercegovina.  That pilgrim took a gigantic leap\n of faith of biblical proportions in deciding to visit the site at the \nheight of the Bosnian war.

Without\n that leap into the unknown, trusting in God who calls us to an \nencounter in a special place marked out by Him, Mir Pilgrimages would \nnever have been founded.

Rarely seen on pilgrimage was the New Zealander pilgrim. Those who set out on \"The Way', booked\n and travelled with foreign tour companies off-shore, juggling \nitineraries and flight schedules to meet up with a scheduled group or \nfitting in a few days at a holy site, as a tourist.

Pilgrims returned home, desiring to speak of their amazing experiences, but to whom?

The\n pilgrim’s voice was one crying out in the wilderness. It was time for \nNew Zealand-led pilgrimages, by and for New Zealanders, so that kiwi \npilgrims could have a sharing of experiences.

?Through grace and inspiration, Mir Pilgrimages was founded - the first NZ-led group pilgrimages created for New Zealand pilgrims and run consistently every year. Exclusively home-grown pilgrimage,  for kiwis, by kiwis, together with kiwis.

Pleroma Christian Supplies is a wholesale and retail shop open to the public Mon-Fri, based in Otane, Central Hawke's Bay, NZ.

Initially we opened in a town called Waipawa, in Central Hawke's Bay on the 1st\n of May 1978. In those days we were called Pleroma Books and were a very\n small, volunteer operated local service. The local Christian community,\n through a debenture issue, enabled us to purchase our first building, \nthe former Herald Tribune Offices in the Waipawa High St. The business \ncontinued to grow but road widening plans forced a move to a new \nbuilding in Otane. In 2004 we built a substantial new addition that now \nhouses our showroom.

\n\n

The original Otane building has now been completely renovated in the \nlast year and houses the Social Service side of Pleroma who provide \nsupport to individuals and families in and around Central Hawke's Bay. \nThe services offered include social work, counselling and group \nprogrammes with most of these being free of charge.

\n\n

Our store has also been extended out the back where our warehouse and offices are now situated.

\n\n

Pleroma Christian Supplies represents within New Zealand some 65 \noverseas publishing houses covering a wide variety of Christian \nliterature, devotional aids and music. We sell directly to individuals, \nparishes, diocesan organisations and schools as well as to Christian and\n gift shops nationwide. We currently employ 10 staff members.
